The problem is either due to loss of fat below the 'fatty spot' which creates a groove there and make it look "protruding" or too much fat there.
In the first case, the groove can be filled with a filler, in the second the fat has to be removed surgically. There is no way to prevent fat pads, they are consequence of genetic redistribution of fat in the face with aging. Topicals are not helpfull with fat redistribution. |
