I have purchased the DIY Skincare Infopack and am going to try the facial cream "recipes" contained in the infopack. What I need know is advice regarding a facial cleanser and toner. Can I make these on my own as well? or is it better just to buy these?

Please help! I am one of those individuals who has spent way too much $$$ on skincare products. Since I have recently married, I am now looking for ways to save money.

There is no need and little benefit from DIY-ing a cleanser or toner. Many inexpensive cleansers that do not dry up or irritate your skin should be ok. For example, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. (See reviews of cleansers here http://www.smartskincare.com/reviews/product/functionidx/clean/ ). Or you can use a table sugar scrub instead of a cleanser. As far as toner goes, its usefulness is questionable; many people get no extra benefit from adding toner to the routine.
