| Is it okay to use corn meal as a face exfoliant? Is it any better or worse than the sugar scrub? |

| I am not sure it is as effective as sugar scrub but it is probably safe. |

| yes both make great exfoliants - corn meal is better if you have very sensitive skin or acne. but either is great. |

| I find that cornmeal is better than sugar(if the cornmeal particles are small enough, NOT like the one in polenta), because I find that sugara dissolves too quickly in water. |
