Hopefully I'm posting in the right forum.

Can someone please tell me how I can use a lancet to get rid of blackheads, milias, etc.?

Lancets are sometimes used by dermatologists to help remove milia or whiteheads -- they are not used for blackheads. Besides, since lancet can introduce infection and produce other damage, is should be used by a professional, not in DIY fashion. Consult your dermatologist first.
