Pliatrol - more hype than effective?

Got a sample of Pliatrol and I noticed there seems to be nothing more than moisturizers in it, with wheat germ oil being the #2 ingredient after water. Dr. T, any opinion on this "high potency wrinkle cream"? Thanks.
