treatment for raw under eye milia

I tried unsuccessfully to extract a milia by squeezing it. Now for 6 months it won't heal, similar to a pimple, but being under the eye I have no idea what to do.
I try my best to let it dry and form a scab but it never seems to heal fully underneath and when the scab comes off, I'm back to square one. Also I notice that not being able to heal it is causing it to get larger.
Does anyone know of anything I can use or do to heal it????

Hey,I am not the only one with this irritating problem.
Mine is on the rim close to my tear duct.
It does heal after I try to remove it. But,then it comes back.
I have used a sterile needle to make an opening and then push it out.
And have been trying to use microfiber cloth to exfoliate the area. No luck do far.
Linda,thank you for asking this queston. I hope someone has an answer for us.
PS. I put a tiny bit of Neosporin after I dig around on it.

Hi Linda,
It sounds to me like you keep getting the milia back, in other words, the small white bump?
My problem is that I have a small open spot, as if I'd been scratched, so it's red and looks like a small 'wound' you'd get anywhere else on your body. The small white bump is long gone.
Being under the eye where the skin is so delicate, not to mention that it's a difficult place to put a bandaid, it never gets a chance to fully heal, without me ending up rubbing my eye, forgetting it's there.
I'll try the Neosporin, I'm wondering if you've ever used Tea Tree Oil? I need something to help it dry up and wonder if it would be safe to use a little rubbing alcohol?
I've researched all over about milia and the only thing they say is to leave them alone, they don't say what to do if you end up with a sore that won't heal. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

i need help w milia under my eyes too.. heck they say there's naturalis milia treatment let me look for it..

Glad this was brought up again. Mine has shrunk quite a bit. I have been using a clean warm microfiber cloth to rub away dead skin .I do it when I'm reading forums.

yes its true that naturalis milia treatment definitely works. i benefited from this treatment myself. though it took me almost a week to clear all the milia seeds on my eyelids, cheeks and forehead. i have 40 to 50 big and small ones. some lucky users had theirs cleared in 3 days. I have had those tiny demons for 15 years of my life. Glad to rid of them finally . and they never came back

I've had excellent results using Origins Spot Remover to get rid of my milia. It's powerful stuff so you don't want to get it on the surrounding skin, only on the milia itself.
I use a pointed cosmetic q-tip to apply a very small dot to each milia. The milia will get a bit raw or red after a few nights but my milia went completely away within 1 week. Only use the Spot Remover at night. Origins Spot Remover cost about $10.00 a bottle and a bottle will last a very long time since you use so little.

There are a few other ladies I know who have also had great results using Origins Spot Remover. I've tried many things to get rid of my milia in the past and this is the only product that has worked for me.
