What do you think of the over the counter LED system(s) that are for wrinkle reduction in the periorbital areas. Do you know if people have good luck with these?

I was surprised to learn these even exist as I thought eye wrinkle reduction was almost entirely in the realm of Botox. Any info would be much appeciated.

There is some tentative scientific evidence that properly used LED-s can improve certain signs of skin aging. See, for example:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16989189
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16989189

However, I don't know whether commercially sold LED-s for eye area wrinkles provide any benefits.
