Yes, you can apply it directly on your skin. It can help promote collagen and elastin production, helping you reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, you need to do so with caution especially if you are prone to break outs.

More elastin is always a good thing from a physiological standpoint. So yes, go for it.
