Dr. T dehydrated but oily skin with breakouts

my skin becomes dry immediately afer facewash or shower. i use only organic chemical free showergel. But i do get breakouts . i ran into a store where they used an instrument and said my skin is not dry , but oily and dehydrated . So what product shoud i use for relieving dehydration and breakouts and make it plump. i take msm, biosil ,fish oil and follow good healthy eating lifestyle supplements. use an exfoliant - tresor andphilosophy peel

1.skinceuticals B5 gel , phloretin CF , droz naturals b5 -?
or Hyalorunic acid gel

2. i only use aveeno for full face and body.

Even organic shower gel/soap can strip moisture from the skin and chlorinated water may make it worse. Skip using shower gel/soap for a couple of days and see if it makes a difference.
