Please help. Spots on back of neck....

For a few months now i have had spots on the back of my neck. They vary in size (some are like the size of a pea up to like the size of a quarter) they cov er the right side of my neck and stop at about the jawline. They are lighter then the surrounding skin and seem to keep getting worse (though I have been getting tanner since it is summer now and that may be the cause. I try to use sunscreen everyday though I will admit I miss a day every once in a while. Any idea what these are or how i can get rid of them? thanks...

Also while its not as big a deal to me I have a red face which has just been getting worse, and dark diagnol lines under my eyes. I spoke with a dermatoligist a while back about the redness and she said it was very strange the way it was and it wasnt rosacea she didnt think.

Get a dermatologist have a look at the spots.
