I had some hormonal breakdown and it linked to some acne problems and afterward, I can't get rid of small spots that are left. I had been trying different moistures, but it's all useless, my skin still looks awful. I've read that facial massage can be a good option, don't know should I try this or not. Need advice ..

cheers

I would suggest a home remedy for your acne scars. Turmeric known for its ages long medicinal cures is also very helpful in curing acne scars. It is very useful for lightening dark spots of pimples. To remove acne marks use aloe turmeric recipe.

Compose a mixture of milk, turmeric powder and lemon juice to make a thick paste.
Apply it on the dark spots caused due to pimples.
Let it dry completely.
Rinse your skin with lukewarm water.
Repeat remedy if needed.
You can also mix olive oil and turmeric powder instead of the above.
It will also help in getting rid of acne marks.

But still it is better to consult a specialist.

Try derma roller treatment, which is one of the best skin health and beauty aids available today. Derma roller treatment helps in removing deep acne scars or deep skin resurfacing and also help in creating smoother, brighter, healthier, younger-looking skin.

Some other Pros of Derma Roller Treatment-
• Shows results very quickly
• Not Painful
• No Side Effects
• Doesn’t take a lot of time
• Low Costs

You can also try ClearGel & A gentle scrub on your skin to remove acne & spots. But it will not give you quick & 100% results.

I don't think Facial massage helps you to remove acne scars completely it will help you at some extent only and more importantly its a time taking process so you should try other methods to remove acne scars such as laser treatment or natural remedies. These methods are very effective and help you to get rid of acne scars in a short span of time.

I have the same problem! but, it really depends on the type of skin, really. I have a very sensitive skin so I just use a natural face mask that I do at home. it's a mixture of rice flour and milk

You can use an aloe Vera gel as a moisturizer. I'm using it since I have a breakout as well and the spot is slowly fading away.
