Ordered Smart Skin Care Entire Library Oct. 7 - not received

Help? On October 7, 2021, I paid for the Smart Skin Care Entire Library. Unfortunately, after paying, I received an error message on PayPal that stated I needed to contact the seller, as the download was not available. I emailed help at smartskincare.com on October 8, 2021 to report payment and request access, but have not received a response. On October 10, 2021, I emailed drtodorov at smartskincare.com and have not yet received a response.

Can anyone direct me to another avenue of contact so that I may get the access I paid for? I’m not interested in disputing the payment in PayPal, as I would really like to get access to the library. I’m a student doing research in the area of skincare.
