hey guys, does anybody know which is the best and natural product for dry skin care? i have chronic skin condition that causes dry scaly patches to appear on my skin. please recommend a good moisturizer. thanks in advance :)

My skin is of dry type, and is sensitive. So I have to be very careful to choose beauty products. I use moisture so my skin won't get too dry. And I seldom apply makeup, and if I have to, I try to use soft products, and the Japanese makeup products are my first choice.
