I have recently come down with adult acne, I had it as a teenager but it went away and now its back. I have easily spent $1000 on many facial products and found that none really gave me the results I wanted, so after time I would try another and another. I have finally found a group of products that work, but at the core of this is Dr. Brandt's Poreless line, specifically the Pore Effect Cream. Most of my acne has cleared due to an acne cleanser, first a sulfer scrub and now Anthony Acne Cleanser and a toner from Phytomer with a acne medication during the day from Paul Thomas Roth(AHA/BHA Clearing Gel) on problem areas and Oil Free lotion from Anthony on the rest of my face. But at night I use the cleanser and toner and follow with the Pore Effect cream and within 3 days I say my blemishes, acne and overall skin complection made a dramatic turn for the good. It's not perfect yet, but I firmly believe for the first time in 6 months that it will be soon. I also use Dr Brandt's Microdermabrasion in a jar twice a week, this allows for the other products to truly penetrate the dermis and get to work properly. Also for my eyes I use NV Perricone, MD Eye Treatment combo. Lets just say I am 35 yo and I have never had a single person think I was over the age of 27, mostly 25/26. That's 10 years!!!

Conclusions
Dr Brandt's Pore Effect are the best Night Cream on the maket for acne/blemished skin.
