This cream does wonders at dissolving oil and dead skin cells. It is non-drying and helps reduce wrinkles - a real miracle product for those with adult acne. I have always had mild-moderate acne and enlarged pores in my t-zone. Salicylic Acid only dried my skin out and made it over-produce oil. Benzoyl Peroxide products worked for a while, but eventually stopped working and in my early 30's ended up with worse skin than in my teens. After an acne facial, I was turned on to Jan Marini's bioclear line (I use the face wash as well) and it has done wonders. My pores appear smaller and do not get clogged as easily (and are easier to extract when they do.)

Conclusions
This is a terrific product and lasts for months.
