Details
I suffered from severed acne close to 15 years and have tried most acne cream and gel without much effect.

I have to give credit to retin A which really help to curb my acne problem. When used together with roaccutane, my skin was flawless without any breakout. I stopped taking roaccutane for fear of any unknown side effects but continues with retin a application.

Though I still get occasional acne and my skin has become much more sensitive, overall, I feel that the benefits have much exceeded the side effects.

In addition, I noticed that it helps to reduce oiliness, prevent pore enlargement and lighten post acne scars.

Conclusions
Overall, considered quite a performer. Greatly beneficial to severe acne sufferer.
