First product, other than Accutane, that helped reduce my acne. The amount of oil produced was noticeably reduced, without reddness/dryness/peeling which was pretty typical of other acne meds I've tried. Love it and would highly recommend it for someone with stubborn or mild to moderate acne. The active ingredient is peroxide.

I have found that my skin reacts very poorly to products that contain saclycic acid. It seems as if these products produce more irritation/acne. A few friends of mine have noticed this as well. I would steer clear of products with this ingredient.
