I am 50 years old, menopausal, and apply this cream to my T-zone and chin most every night to prevent breakouts. It disappears into my skin when applied lightly, and doesn't stain sheets or clothing as some other benzoyl peroxide products do. I experience no redness or irritation, but sometimes my skin seems pretty dry. When this happens I switch to another product, such as an AHA cream, for a night or two. I find, though, that if I go a few days without the Persa-Gel my skin usually starts to break out again. My 20-yr. old son also uses this cream, with good results.

Conclusions
This works better for me than anything else I've tried, so I recommend it.
