I have stuggled with a mild case of adult acne for over 20 years. When I mentioned this to my doctor they gave me a perscription for clindamyacin. This is a topic antibiotic. It has worked wonders for me. I used to get hard, sore bumps from pimples that wouldn't surface on a monthly basis. Since using this product I have only had 2-3 small blemishes in the past year. Unfortunately this product can dry your skin out so it is very important to use a daily moisturizer after applying the clindamyacin. It comes in a gel or lotion in various percents of active ingredients. As a woman in my middle age I opted for the lotion as it is not as drying but for younger people I would recommend the gel.

Conclusions
I would definately recommend this for any adult that suffers with acne.
