Skin Care Review: Differin gel

Differin gel worked amazingly for me. I have suffered from acne since I was 13... maybe even before but nothing worked. I've been on antibiotics and tried so many different creams. Accutane worked beautifully a couple years ago but my acne came back just after a year. It hasn't been as bad as it was before but still bad enough. I decided to try differin gel because I didn't want to go on accutane again due to the side effects. 5 weeks into my differin treatment, my skin is almost completely clear. I have red marks from the acne but I'm sure those will go away soon. For those of you who want to use this, give it a try. I followed the instructions and I NEVER put too much on because that doesn't help for it to go away faster, it just dries out your skin. I wash my face with spectro derm then moisturize with Complex 15. Your acne WILL get worse before it gets better and your skin WILL get really dry and sore when you first start using it but don't give up on it! If it hurts you too much, just put it on once a day until your skin adjusts to it.
