Since I began using Retin-A Micro two weeks ago, I have experienced a decrease in clogged pores and break outs. As the dermatologist warned, I have also experienced redness, dryness and even some skin peeling. I use Retin-A in alternation with with Duac gel, but find that almost all of the sensitivity occurs after using Retin-A. I am advised that after 6 weeks I should notice maximum results and less irritation as my skin adjusts. However, I have already noticed a good deal of improvement and the skin sensitivity has not been severe enough to cause me to stop treatment. While the dryness and sensitivity are unpleasant, the treatment is effective and easy.

Conclusions
somewhat harsh but very effective; best if used in combination with Duac
