Unbelievable! I promise. As a 40 year old women who had cystic acne from the early 80's- I have tried them all! I used all the oral antibiotics like Tetracycline, Minocin, steroid Prednisone, Retin A, Yes, finally the Accutane worked back then but for only about 3 years and heavy duty blood testing was necessary weekly- ug!! I have all but given up on my cystic acne which just about 3 weeks surfaced about 9 cysts in my cheeks and chin- how many do I have now? ZERO!!!! I assure you! Have your dermatologist prescribe this, it is amazing! I am so glad- my skin, although scarred from years of cysts, is soft and pimple free!!! Even through my menstrual cycle- I have only been using it for 3 weeks but I pray these results last-it is my miracle!
