I have used retin a micro for about 4 years now. I started using it for my acne and it worked extremely well! It got rid of my pimples AND made my scars go away faster. I also noticed that the retin a made my skin look better overall. My skin looked brighter, smoother and more radiant, and it gave me a nice rosy blush. Plus my pores looked smaller too. It was more like a miracle product but it also has it's down side.

My skin became a lot more dry and sensitive. I needed to use a daily sunscreen/moisturizer everyday or else my skin would burn pretty bad. And in dry conditions, using retin a was like hell. It made my skin even more dry and uncomfortable.

Conclusions
It's a great product, but it's harsh on the skin.
