Skin Care Review: Murad Acne Complex Kit

by Louis

Rating
Adverse Effects

Benefits
I like the lotion, smelt good and hydrated well after I stopped using the rest of system.

Drawbacks
Painful acne, blackheads and whiteheads all over. irritated skin, & lots of scaring.

Details
I tried it once for about a week when I was 17. At that time I would only get a few pimples here and there. My mother bought it for me and bought me proactive as well. I started breaking out more after using Murad so I switched to proactive which helped get my skin back to the way it was before, few pimples here and there. When I was 22, I orderd Murad after seeing a convincing informercial. I started to think maybe I didn't give it a chance to work. I was sick of being a pale ghost from using the benzoyle Proactive. Immeadiately I began breaking out upon using Murad. But I stuck with it. My sister and friends began to tell me my skin was getting horrible, and I became very depressed. I would even cry when I would look in the mirror. I think i even stayed in the house for a whole week hoping it would clear up with in that time. I wanted to keep going cause I was already about a month 1/2 into it and didn't wanna feel like I went through the pain and embarrisment for nothing. But I had to stop, cause the painful white heads began rupting on their own and my whole face was sun burned red. I had to use noxzema for about 3 months after that because my skin was so raw and destroyed. It was funny. The noxzema brought me back to the few pimples here and there, but I am 26 now and I still get a few pimples. I just use whatever cheap product at the store thats not too strong or expensive. Nothing could be worse than my expereince with Murad. The murad left me with large pores on my nose, and really bad scars on my cheeks. I'm really sad, sometimes wishing I could go back and never have used that product. When I get a little more money saved, I plan to get surgery to fix my scarring. I just wish there was a way to take legal action for the suffering and damage caused by this product. Wish I would have video taped or taken pictures of my experience, cause I would surely send them my surgery bills. If you still wanna try the product its up to you. I had pale but really nice skin before this product.

Conclusions
If it's not working for you don't stick with it, cause it only gets worse.
