have used 9 years only switching cleansers, tried it as last resort, it does work, I'm 49 w/oily skin, large pores, occasional zits and the repair lotion keeps it in check, the toner is pleasant but I wish the cleanser smelled better and lathered and it will bleach anything you touch w/o thoroughly washing hands; sometimes my overall skin is dried out by it but it's the only product that works all the time

Conclusions
it works, buy it at a mall kiosk instead of automail full kit
