I am very dissappointed. I feel like I have been totally scammed by proactive. I needed something to help clear up my face. I decided I was going to give proactive a try and I found a 5pc kit for a good price. I purchased the kit and paid an extra $10 for overnight shipping. The kit didn't show up for 3days. A month later now I discovered that I have been charged another $43. I called customer service only to be told that there is one small paragraph that I "must have missed" in which I agreed to also get another 90day supply and will be charged a total of $102 over the next 3 months. The girl informed me that " a lot of people OVERLOOK this paragraph." I told the girl I did not want it and to please stop the order and return the money that has already been charged. The girl told me it was too late as the box is already in the warehouse to be shipped. If I had known that this was apart of the package I would NOT have purchased proactive in the first place. On a second note, the dark spot corrector has done a horrible job. I used it once and it caused the area to break out with horrible deep painful pimples and did not eliminate the dark spots.
