I have acne prone oily skin. I have terrible break-out in fall for three years. The problem has been getting better. Now I don't have much new break-out. But I have a lot scars and colored dots from previous break-out. The people in my spa recommended microdermabrasion. I did some research about microdermabrasion and decided to give it a try for four treatment every 10-14 days. I don't have any adverse effect. The skin does look good the day of treatment. It peels a little bit the second and third days. But after one day, there is no difference at all. It did not help with the scars or colored-dots. It seems to me that microdermabrasion is just an expensive exflioate procedure.

Conclusions
I will never do it again.
