I was told that the procedure would improve my acne and acne scaring, in addition to making my skin smoother and getting rid of wrinkles. I am over 50, and getting wrinkles and acne at the same time! It has been very discouraging because I have tried everything and nothing seems to work.

The doctor told me that thermage had been successful in treating acne and acne scaring but it would take 3 to six months to see results. It has been over seven months now and I seem to be gettting acne as bad as ever after spending so much money.

I had decided to try thermage and spend so much money because nothing else worked but this really has been a disappointment too. I think I was somewhat misled on this procedure because I would not have done it if I had known I would have had the results I have gotten.

Conclusions
I wouldn't get thermage as an acne treatment.
