Zeno is a hand held device which uses heat to kill bacteria in pimples. I find it very simple to use, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I am 48 years old, and have had clear skin during adulthood until recent months. Using the Zeno at the first sign of a pimple clears it or dramatically decreases it overnight. There is some temporary redness after use which fades shortly. I have very sensitive skin, and using this device has not caused any damage to my skin. You can read more about the Zeno at myzeno.com.
