I've suffered with acne from my teens into adulthood and with everything I tried, the best I ever got was satisfactory results. Last year, I went on the Atkins diet to shed a few pounds. By going on the Atkins diet, I severly restricted my carbohydrate intake, thereby reducing spikes in my blood sugar which cause skin inflamation.
