My dermatologist prescribed this treatment for me following having only moderate results taking Spironolactone. I suffer from adult acne and have had it for years--thus trying multiple treatments both OTC and Rx.(including Accutane). I noticed immediate results after using this product the first time, as it took care of my oily skin without causing reddness, rashing, peeling, or over-drying. What's more is that it is pleasant to use (has a pleasing scent, and gentle exfoilant properties that made my skin feel smoother after the first use). It is also very conveniently packaged in individual envelopes (perfect for travel, especially if you are flying--you don't have to worry about bottles leaking!). I use it in the morning and make-up can easily be applied after washing my face with Plexion without any adverse effects. I also use it at bedtime and don't have to be concerned about medication rubbing off onto or staining my pillowcase.

Conclusions
Very Effective and pleasant to use product.
