Skin Care Review: Accutane

I am 23 years of age and suffered miserably from acne problems in my late teens, sometimes breaking out in rashes of unsightly large acne pimples. Though this improved slightly as I turned 20, it was still a problem that made me depressed.

I tried numerous products and spent plenty of money trying them until my dermatologist finally prescribed the solution to all my skin problems when I was 21: Roaccutane.

IT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT EVER WORKED! Fortunately my scarring was minimal and I actually get complimented on my healthy, glowing skin now and people find it hard to believe the shocking acne I used to have. Over the past year I started getting the occassional blackheads and small spots in correlation with my menstrual cycle, but these things are easily concealed and treated and are not comparable to the almost acne cysts I had on my face.

I suffered hardly any of the possible side-effects of Accutane. I truly view this as a miracle drug. I advise anyone with acne problems to stop wasting time and money on expensive and useless products and see a doctor as soon as possible to have this prescribed.
