I took accutane for about 5 years off and on. People would compliment me on my beautiful skin constantly, which had never happened before. I had to lower the dose to taking a pill every other day or less since the side effect were extremely overwhelming - especially the depression which I would feel the next day after taking a pill. As long as I knew it was the Accutane causing it I could deal with it. The headaches were very intense though, past the point of migrane. If I didnt take Accutane I would have very bad scarring of which mine is very minimal. Even with the side effect I would do it all over again, incredible results.

Conclusions
Very effective with side effects, but still worth it.
