I had been struggling with acne since I was 11 years old. I tried every possible over the counter remedy, but there was no change. I then went to my dermatologist, and was prescribed cremes. After 3 prescribed cremes, I was moved up to taking pills. The pills were powdery, and worthless. Saw no results, and became desperate. My self esteem, and confidence were plummiting. I was in my 8th grade (last year of junior high) before I made my LAST attempt to clearing my skin. My doctor told me about acne, and all it's benefits. He gave me, and my parents this huge book of all the benefits, and serious draw backs. The medication was both expensive, and could be dangerous. My parents signed the consent form, and I was on Accutane for a total of 6 months. Blood tests were required monthly, and symptoms were just like any other remedy for acne. By the time my treatment period was over, every single bit of acne was gone. There was nothing left on my face, shoulders, or back. I rarely ever get even one pimple. Accutane is the BEST solution for serious acne, and it's long term results are amazing. I've been acne free for almost 3 years. That may no be a big number to some of the adults on this site, but if you remember what your teenage years were like, you'll know that 3 years seems like 3 decades.

Conclusions
I recommend Accutane simply because it works. It way be hard to endure but it works!
