I had initial clear up almost immediatley. However a few days into the treatment I had numerous breakouts. These breakouts did not last long and now it seems my acne is slowly improving. I have only been using the system for one month but I have seen noticeable results. Acne is now concentrated in a few trouble spots instead of being spread acrosss my face. I am only using the pills however because I have a cream recomended to me by my dermotologist. Overall after month one I am pleased with the results and am anxiously awaiting to see how the product perfrom next month. I saw results quicker than I did with accutane and many other over the counter prouducts.
