I have suffered with acne since puberty. I am 28, well beyond the age when hormonal imbalances theoretically pass. I have researched skin care products to no end, and tried nearly everything on the market. There are numerous, recent studies on the neem tree which have yielded almost unbelievable results. The extracts from the tree contain antiinflammatory, antibacterial, and moisturizing properties. It is full of natural vitamin e and fatty acids. I have been using the oil as a spot treatment and have been amazed by the results. My pimples (even the cystic ones) almost completely vanished within hours.

Conclusions
Wonderful product. Smell could probably be remedied by adding some lavender oil.
