I am 37. I started on Clarity & some other Cosmedix products upon recommendation by my aesthetician. I have a very oily T-zone so by 11:00 am I was having to use blotting sheets to keep a matte finish. But in the morning now, I cleanse, use Clarity as an oil-controlling serum, moisturize, let it all set in for a few minutes, then start w/ my makeup. I noticed a decrease in the oil sheen on the first day I used Clarity and it seems to be an effective oil-controlling agent. I still have blotting sheets on hand but I find now that I don't HAVE to use them. I've been using Clarity for about two months and I noticed my usual hormonal breakouts have significantly decreased. I'm excited about this product.

works better than I expected; definitely recommended
