I had a sudden outbreak of pimples and had acne and boils all over small of my neck, behind ears and upper part of the spine. I bought Zinerit in a drug store. It is a pack with 2 bottles. One is a powder, the other is a solution. You mix the two and apply twice daily from a bottle with a special top, which allows you to move over the skin, it has a porous pillow. I got results in several days. All the boils disappeared and there was no new ones. I went on using it, until thew bottle got empty. Then it was ok for maybe a week or so, then the boils reappeared again.
