I suffer from acne and dull skin the severity of which seems to coincide with my period. Using Raspberry leaf tablets have improved this condition drastically. I tend to take the tables during the second half of my cycle and if I remember to take them on time spots do not appear or if already there they tend to reduce in size immediately. My skin also looks and feels firm. These properties could be due to its weak phytoestrogenic effect. Raspberry fruit itself is known to have antioxidant and antibacterial properties. These attributes if present in the leaf extract could also contribute to the health of the skin.

Conclusions
Raspberry leaf extract is a valuable supplement for reducing acne.
