I have heard that purchasing it from a dermatologist or medical spa is better because the concentration of ingredients is higher than what you get at a department store. I have also noticed they are generally less expensive than a department store for this particular product.I would use it less often on my face due to the fact that it draws out impurities which can sometimes cause breakouts, but I do recommend it as a good antioxidant so important in preventing free radical damage. If you dont break out I'd definately buy this product. I would recommend it for reversing the signs of aging, especially on the hands, neck and chest.

Conclusions
I would highly recommend it for reversing the signs of aging and as an antioxidant.
