Skin Care Review: Creme De La Mer

i am not sure what is the correct way to apply creme de la mer. 1 counter sales staff said to warm the creme briefly on the fingers and another said to rub the creme on the fingers till it becomes transparent before applying onto the face. i find that if i rub the creme till it disappears, it is probably absorbed into my hands and nothing much left for the face. i have very very dry skin. i live in the tropics with temperature between 24 to 35 deg C. is there any need to further warm the creme for it to work? or should i really rub the creme to 'release' some 'key ingredients'? hope the manufacturer can reply!
