I am 57 years old and have been using Retin A for 21 years. I started with the .5% cream but have used the 1% cream the majority of the time. I do not like the gel. I have remarkable skin for a woman my age. I am particularly pleased with the firmness of my jaw line. I have been using sunscreen religously since my 20's. My skin is soft and refined with consistent color. I have a few crows feet around my eyes but no more than a woman in her thirties. I stop using the Retin A every now and then to give my skin a rest but start up again after a month. I truly believe this is a remarkable product.

Conclusions
If you want a non surgical anti aging option, I believe Retin A is the answer.
