The tretinoin cream is helping both with the evidence of aging from past sun exposure and also helps to control my cystic acne. I've noticed that my skin just looks healthier/less lined when I've been using it consistently. It does cause some dryness if I don't apply a moisturizer about an hour after the tretinoin is applied. Using a scrub is out of the question because of the extra skin sensitivity from the cream. The cream does prevent my cystic acne and also helps to reduce the red/purple scars that I have from previous breakouts. The .05% tretinoin cream also eliminates my freckles/age spots--they will return however if I don't use a high SPF sunscreen daily.

Conclusions
The .05% tretinoin cream is very effective in controlling acne and reducing signs of aging
