Prevage was beneficial in reducing 75% the crease that runs vertical above my nose.

Drawbacks
Can only be purchased at the dermatologist office and that is not convenient.

Details
There were several areas of my face that it seems that cream had no effect on whatsoever; I have very slight pucker lines above my lips and it made no change in the smile lines that have started to form. On Allergan's Prevage website, they show changes in the delicate undereye area, even though I have very minimal wrinkling and loss of elasticity, Prevage did not seem to work in the eye area either. But the crease above my nose is almost gone. It seems to work on heavier creases. I used Prevage under my regular moisturizer twice a day. The container lasted just over three months faithfully using it at least twice a day.

Conclusions
It was worth the money just to almost eliminate the creasing.
