It does moistrize my skin somewhat and it shrunk some little skin tags on my neck.

it's not cheap, and the color is kind of yellow so it might have oxidized

I am 37 have dry skin, crows feet, light complextion with some sunspots.

Life extension made a lot of claims of what this company's product would do, I have been using it about 10 weeks: "Its scientifically backed ingredients have been shown to limit or reverse the effects of aging or damaged skinRejuvenex has been continually upgraded as new findings appear in the scientific literature. With the advent of the QuSome delivery system, it is now possible to concentrate potent doses of alpha lipoic acid, DMAE, RNA, vitamins A, C, E, natural moisturizing factors, and other active agents into the deeper layers of the skin." It also has alpha hydroxy acid, melatonin and DHEA. And parabens as preservatives.

I have not noticed a reversal from sun damage that they claimed would happen in about 8 weeks nor any change in my small wrinkles.

Conclusions
While it did moisturize my skin it didn't take care of my sunspots or wrinkles
