I am a 48 year old woman with combination, very sun-sensitive skin, large pores, used 20 years post Accutane (acne drug). TNS does smell bad, but I like the way it immediately tightens my skin. I have noticed a plumped up effect around my eyes. I noticed my boyfriend seems to comment about my "smooth" skin when I have it on. I haven't used it long enough to know if there will be long term benefits yet (I haven't finished my first bottle yet) but the effects were positive enough that I purched two more bottles! One more thing..I found I have to use two pea sized pumps instead of the recommended one, just to cover my whole face. Maybe I'm not being fast enough..it dries quickly.
Conclusions
If you can afford it, go for it!
