I engaged in three skin toning treatments and (CoolGlide) and two IPL treatments. The purpose of these treatments was to manage spider veins and refine my skin. It did exactly the opposite. Initially, the veins were diminished but I developed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks hence the recommendation of the IPL. Now I have spots of hypopigmentation in addition to the hyperpimented spots. Also my skin has developed hugh pores and several areas of skin depression. It has never look this bad. I am stunned, I was prepared for the possibility that these treatments might not help -- but damage, never. I have subsequently found out that these noninvasive lasers CAN cause scarring and damage if used improperly or on the wrong skin type. Now my search begins for the right doctor to manage this damage. I feel like I did sufficient homework.

Conclusions
If you do this procedure be aware that it is most effective for fair, non-oily types.
