I purchased a cheaper verision of this tool online, and from what I can tell, it is exactly the same as the more expensive model.

I am using a retina a gel (0.025). Have gotten compliments (from strangers!) about my "glowing" skin. I am finding real results with this product - the lines around my mouth have actually diminished - which really surprised me.

However, it is somewhat uncomfortable, and I think it would be more useful to have someone do the procedure for me. It's a bit akward, and difficult to cover the surface of your face consistently.

Conclusions
I am happy with this product, but it's not the most user-friendly prodecure.
