I started using this before all the hype broke out, it made my skin smoother and more "relaxed" looking. I was really mad when I found that overnight it was sold out and I couldn't replace my tube. Sometimes I think maybe it isn't working any more but if I leave it off for a day or two....then I see the difference, my still oily, blotchy and spotty skin (I'm 43 for goodness sakes!) soon starts to show me up. It does not deal with spots (its not supposed to) but I think it helps the recovery stage. I use this under a very basic moisturiser as I also get eczema but this has given me no trouble.
