As the product ages, it turns yellow. This doesn't appear to affect its potency.

Details
Cellex-C has the consistency of water, so I usually apply it by putting a few drops on my fingers and then on my face. At first your skin feels a bit tacky and tight, however you can apply moisturizer after it dries. I only use it 1-2 times a week before going to bed, as I don't want it to irritate my skin. I believe Cellex does offer a serum for sensitive skin as well. My face does appear firmer in the morning. I'm waiting to find out how well it does on the discoloration from some sun damage.

Conclusions
I would recommend this product for overall skin firming and wrinkle reducing properties.
